This is an exciting time and is where your granny ﬂat truly to comes to life. We will take care of all your design works and approvals either through Council or a private certiﬁer. We will arrange a pre design meeting to go over any aspects you wish to incorporate into your granny ﬂat and to determine positioning and style of your granny ﬂat. Upon the acceptance of your quotation we will conduct the following:
Arrange for a detailed site survey (and sewer pegout if required).
Preparation of your custom concept design
Modiﬁcations & ﬁnal adjustments to your ﬂoor plan, facade, bathroom layout and kitchen.
Preparation of your full architectural drawings.
Obtain BASIX certiﬁcate.
Obtain structural & hydraulic engineering report.
Obtain a Sydney Water tap in approval.
Obtain long service levy receipt.
Once all documentation has been gathered we will then obtain your CDC approval from our private certiﬁer.
Your material & colour selections appointment will then be arranged.
A draft Master Builders Association contract will then be prepared and provided to you to read through followed by your ﬁnal contract for signing.
Your project will then be handed onto our construction team and a date for commencement will be provided along with a site meeting.
